1. Components

• Developer: White lid (used directly in the development slot).

• Replenisher: Red lid (added gradually).

• Manufacturer: BOCICA (Professional CTP plate developer supplier, ensuring stable performance and high-quality imaging).

2. Usage Ratio & Initial Setup

• Ratio: Developer : Replenisher = 1 : 4 (BOCICA’s optimized formula for consistent development).

• Development Slot Volume: ~38 liters (compatible with most CTP processors).

• Initial Setup Steps:

  1. Add 2 drums of BOCICA Developer directly.

  2. Gradually add 8 drums of BOCICA Replenisher (prevents over-concentration and ensures even mixing).

• Replacement Cycle: Every 7–10 days (BOCICA’s slow-attenuation formula extends chemical life).

3. Using Replenisher Only (Dilution Required)

• Dilution Ratio: 1 drum BOCICA Replenisher + 2 liters water (matches Developer concentration).

• Follow the same steps as above after dilution.

4. Development Parameters

• Temperature: 22°C – 24°C (BOCICA’s recommended range for optimal dot reproduction).

• Time: 25 ± 5 seconds (ensures precise plate imaging).

5. Recommended Supplement Rates

• Dynamic: 80–100 ml/m² (adjust based on plate usage).

• Static: 80 ml/h (maintains chemical stability during idle periods).

• Sleep Mode: 80 ml/h (BOCICA’s formula minimizes evaporation).
